Relational conversations rooted in Pasifika and BIPOC ways of knowing—for students, therapists, and community members seeking guidance, clarity, & shared wisdom beyond clinical spaces.

COLLECTIVE WISDOM

Collective Wisdom Sessions are relational, one-on-one conversations rooted in Pasifika and BIPOC ways of knowing. This space is open, whether you’re a student exploring the mental health field, folks interviewing a therapist for grad school, clinicians at any stage considering private practice, and individuals or organizations seeking support with workshops or consulting.

Practice Start-Up Support — Licensing, paperwork, billing, branding, finding your first clients. All the behind-the-scenes work grad school skipped. We help you make it make sense, so overwhelm turns into clarity, confidence, and forward movement.

Supervision — Culturally grounded, trauma-informed clinical supervision that holds space for both your growth and your wellbeing. We focus on the real work of being a clinician: navigating systems, boundaries, identity, and what it means to care for community without losing yourself.

Mentorship — A place for the unspoken questions. The ones you weren’t sure who to ask, or how to name. Mentorship offers connection, perspective, and lived wisdom from clinicians who’ve been there — and are committed to walking alongside you.

Rooted in Pasifika and BIPOC values, Collective Wisdom Sessions center relationship, cultural context, and lived experience.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, perspective, or a starting point, this space is about walking alongside one another as we navigate complex systems with care and integrity.

Pricing + Accessibility:

Collective Wisdom Sessions are offered as a way to keep knowledge accessible while honoring the labor, time, and lived experience that goes into this work.

Pricing reflects care, preparation, and sustainability—not hierarchy or gatekeeping. If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss accessibility options or alternative support. Community care includes flexibility when possible.

Gentle Boundary

These sessions are intentionally non-clinical. They are rooted in conversation, reflection, and shared understanding—not fixing, diagnosing, or directing. This space honors lived experience as expertise and values relationship over productivity.

This is a space where questions are welcomed, wisdom is shared, and no one is expected to arrive fully formed.
